Holding Escrow – Bay Area Escrow

As an Independent escrow service we are able to provide additional services that most title or escrow companies as Settlement Agent for decades.

One specialization is a Holding escrow. Bay Area Escrow Services will issue its Letter of Escrow Instructions and incorporate your agreement to hold your funds, fees and “Amount to be withheld”, then released upon the terms of the contractual agreement.

Important information to be submitted to escrow is as follows:

• Contractual Agreement between the Parties
• Full names, addresses, and contact information for Parties

Thus as Settlement Agent we act on behalf of both parties to protect the interest of each within the authority of the Escrow Instructions. Once all parties have signed escrow documents, the terms and conditions of the instructions have been satisfied Escrow can be completed.
