There are many escrow companies to choose from but I highly recommend Bay Area Escrow Services. Each of the staff are highly professional and answer any questions and concerns promptly. Denise, in particular went above and beyond to make sure the process was not unnecessarily prolonged. The county of Alameda is always a pain to deal with for a thousand reasons but Denise used her experience in dealing with them to cut through the typical government bureaucracies in effort to close my escrow in a time sensitive manner. Ive dealt with other escrow companies before but this one is by far the best and will use them again in the future.
