There are many escrow companies to choose from but I highly recommend Bay Area Escrow Services. Each of the staff are highly professional and answer any questions and concerns promptly. The county of Alameda is always a pain to deal with for a thousand reasons but their experience in dealing with them to cut through the typical government bureaucracies in effort to close my escrow in a time sensitive manner. Ive dealt with other escrow companies before but this one is by far the best and will use them again in the future.
